The value comes from understanding how the information fits together: which risk it relates to, what it supports, what remains unresolved and who needs to act.
Uploading a file records it. It does not, by itself, demonstrate anything about the building. Linking it to a question, reviewing it and acting on what it says is where the work happens.

Evidence with context.A passage in a document supports one specific record. RiskAtlas keeps that relationship visible: which version, which page, which question, who reviewed it and when.
4. Findings · Riser cupboards (fictional demo document)
4.1 Riser cupboards on floors 3 to 9 were inspected visually with limited intrusive opening of ceiling voids.
4.2 Twenty-three service penetrations were found without fire-resisting sealing. Seventeen had been repaired at the date of this reissue, with photographic records provided by the contractor.
4.3 Riser cupboards on floors 10 and 11 could not be accessed and are excluded from these findings.
4.4 It is recommended that the remaining six penetrations are sealed with a tested system within eight weeks…

"Accepted for this question. Please link the photographic record separately so the seventeen repairs are evidenced, not only described."
