Terms of use

These terms govern use of the RiskAtlas application. Full commercial terms are agreed with each customer organisation in writing; the operator must complete entity details before public launch.

Nature of the service

RiskAtlas is software for organising building information, assessments, evidence, risks, actions, reviews and reports. It does not provide fire engineering, structural engineering or legal advice. Using RiskAtlas does not guarantee compliance with any regulation, certify that a building is safe, or constitute approval by any regulator. Internal approvals recorded in the application are decisions of the customer organisation.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for ensuring that people given access are suitable for their roles, and for keeping your credentials secure. Uploaded files must not contain content you are not entitled to store or share.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available and to preserve your records, including through backups, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability. We may change the service and these terms; material changes will be notified to organisation administrators.
